unlikely to be completed and i would like to pass it on to someone else who would love to complete the project. one hull is complete ready for glassing, the second hull needs the compartment top epoxied in place exterior filleting and then it too will be ready for glassing. both hulls are robbins marine ply and west epoxied throughout. there is also enough marine ply to manufacture the decking and rudders. a full set of rigging blocks are also included along with a full set of build instructions and allocated sail no: the boat is currently stored in my garage in carlisle. the new sp epoxy, inox hardware and screws, well seasoned planks and marine plywood. hulls perfectly completed, applied epoxy/woven cloth, and white painted with polyurethane 2 comps enamel, installed portholes, fridge and a inox sink, it still needs all deck rigging, spars and sails, and to be assembled. this building stage allows for completing the cat accordingly to any individual needs. 644 a very heavily constructed catamaran offering up to 9 berths in 5 cabins. she is not the most luxurious yacht ever to have set sail by modern standards but she is very capable of handling rough seas. during 2016 she made a safe and stable crossing of the atlantic ocean from the uk to brazil via the canary islands and senegal. in many ways she could be considered basic but she does have everything needed to complete long passages; there is for example a decent galley with cooker, grill and oven. there are no showers or hot water and there is the one heads in the aft section of the port side deck accessed from the deck as it is in one of the sealed bulkhead compartments. there are 2 rope/sail lockers, one in each bow. the 4 double berths are accessed from the interior on each side and the single berth is in the starboard aft sealed bulkhead compartment accessed from the deck. the current owner has owned her since 2015 having purchased her from the original owner and yacht phuket (thailand) and langkawi (malaysia). when not in use, she was in dry storage. with only knee-deep draft, she is the perfect boat to explore the islands of the andaman sea. she can be beached as a stainless-steel strip protects keels and skegs. in 2016 she got a complete overhaul by the owners. mast, rigging, lashings and nettings are new. the deck and the beams got painted with jotun polyurethan paint. the hulls got painted inside. nok lueang is like new and ready to sail with a new outboard engine and kayak. the owners want to sell her because of some family issues they won’t bohol had built the hulls and the mast. recently i decided to replace the heavy wooden mast by one made from aluminium and after evaluating all options, i did get some aluminium tubes extruded by calco, a local company. since they required a minimum amount of raw materials to be processed, i have some spare tubes. in case you know somebody in the philippines looking for such tubes, please let me know. i am also happy to get quotations for shipping. the tubes are 8m long, 127 mm in diameter with a 3.5mm wall thickness, made from sea water resistant aluminium alloy. i am selling them at
